Methods
12 subjects received lansoprazole (Prevacid ®) 30mg in a randomized, cross-over fashion.
There were 4 arms:
- Lansoprazole on an empty stomach
- Lansoprazole with a standard meal
- Lansoprazole with 30 mL Maalox®
- Lansoprazole one hour after 30mL Maalox
NOTE: The subjects were 6 females and 6 males between the ages of 19 - 32 yrs.

- in a FASTING STATE and
- NOT WITH ANTACIDS
